… is a branch of mental health that uses both psychological and spiritual lenses to aid the process of healing from life’s hurts. Pastoral counselors do not impose their beliefs on clients, but are trained and willing to respond to spiritual questions as they may arise in the course of counseling. My areas of counseling expertise include cognitive-behavioral therapy, grief recovery, self-compassion, and mindfulness.
